Temporary road closures planned for event at City Hall on Nov. 11
The City of Richmond is set to host a Remembrance Day ceremony at Richmond City Hall. On Monday, November 11, streets will be closed and traffic patterns altered from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. to accommodate the event. Granville Avenue will be closed in both directions from Minoru Boulevard to Buswell Street, and No. 3 Road will be closed both ways from Park Road to Bennett Road.
