Awards to honor youth and adults making positive impacts in the community
Richmond is calling for nominations for its 2025 U-ROC Awards, acknowledging youth who show leadership, overcome challenges, and make positive contributions to the community. The nomination deadline is April 4, 2025. Adults who mentor and support the youth are also recognized under the U-ROC Awards. Nomination categories include ‘Outstanding Youth’ for individuals aged 13 to 24 who show leadership and commitment to community service, and ‘Asset Champions’ for adults 25 and older who inspire and mentor youth. Nominees will be honored at the U-ROC Awards ceremony during BC Youth Week from May 1 to 7, 2025. For nomination details, visit richmond.ca/youth.
