The City of Richmond applied for a three-year renewal of a Temporary Commercial Use Permit (TCUP) for a parking lot at 8620 and 8660 Beckwith Road. The application, which was reviewed by staff and relevant departments, proposes continued operation of the existing 44-space pay parking lot. The lot’s operation is consistent with the Official Community Plan and surrounding land uses. A public hearing is scheduled for May 20, 2025.
