City launches digital showcase for infrastructure investments exceeding $156 million.
The City of Richmond is encouraging residents and community members to explore its newly launched 2025 Capital Projects Highlights, now accessible online at LetsTalkRichmond.ca and at Richmond City Hall.
This interactive digital presentation offers insights into the City’s significant infrastructure investments, such as community center replacements, innovative energy plants, and upgrades to traffic intersections and multi-use pathways.
“Each spring, we look forward to sharing how we’re investing in Richmond’s future,” said Mayor Malcolm Brodie. “This year’s capital budget exceeds $156 million, reinforcing our commitment to building a stronger, more resilient city. These highlights reflect Council’s Strategic Plan and our ongoing efforts to enhance community infrastructure.”
Residents can access the highlights online from any digital device. The projects are organized by City division and presented through interactive maps and clickable links. Each project includes a summary, photos, and a location map, with options to submit questions directly.
Alternatively, the public can visit the lobby of Richmond City Hall to review display boards, available until May 12, 2025. City Hall display board gallery hours are Monday from 8:15 am to 7:00 pm, and Tuesday to Friday from 8:15 am to 5:00 pm.
