Open call for Richmond and Metro Vancouver residents to join the Public Art Selection Panelist Pool.
Are you passionate about art in public spaces? The City’s Public Art Program is inviting you to partake as it updates its Public Art Selection Panelist Pool for the next two years.
Selection panels are a crucial component of the Richmond Public Art Program, responsible for evaluating artist proposals and advising on public art initiatives. This call for submissions aims to refresh the pool of eligible participants to serve on selection panels from January 2026 to December 2027.
Residents of Richmond and Metro Vancouver, including artists, arts professionals, and community members, are encouraged to apply. Priority will be given to Richmond citizens and individuals who self-identify as part of equity-seeking or under-represented communities.
Up to 100 individuals aged 19 and older will be chosen, with selected panelists receiving an honorarium ranging from $100 to $300.
The application deadline is Friday, November 28, 2025.
