For emergencies, including broken water mains, sewer issues, downed trees on roads, and traffic light outages, residents are urged to call the City’s 24-hour Emergency Line.

Citizens are encouraged to stay informed by following the City on its social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Bluesky.

The Richmond Recycling Depot will also be closed on statutory holidays, resuming operations at 8:15 a.m. the next business day.

Residents can check their garbage and recycling collection schedules using the Richmond Recycling app or the City’s website.
